Six Sigma is a methodology that utilizes a formal process and a variety of tools, including statistical analysis, to help companies reduce their costs and improve profitability. It is a customer-focused strategy that applies a set of proven tools and methods to help Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) processes within the company.

Six Sigma Champions lead change throughout the organization. For successful Six Sigma implementation, senior plant/company leadership and other key personnel must participate in Champion training. Champions do not typically lead Six Sigma projects, but must fully support the process for the company to realize their full potential for success. Potential Champions include those people who own the processes to be improved, make resources available, evaluate financial cost justifications, and/or supervise the individuals selected as Black Belts and Green Belts.

1. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

The Green Belt certification program provides an understanding of each step in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology and many of the associated analysis tools. The program combines lecture, class exercises, case studies, and team exercises.

Six Sigma is by far the most successful Management Approach and has delivered results. Simply defined, Six Sigma is a powerful data driven, customer focused management methodology that delivers validated improvements in profitability and productivity.

Professionals wanting to understand and implement Six Sigma methodology may attend the program. Experience in the corporate sector, preferably as a process in-charge would enable better understanding. A senior department head can use the tools in multiple areas immediately after the course, while a fresher may need support from senior management to be able to apply the techniques. However, as Six Sigma is being used more and more by the corporate world, the demand for qualified green belts is high and growing rapidly.

2. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

The Black Belt certification program provides an advanced insight and hands on practice on Six Sigma. The program combines lecture, case studies, and team exercises.

The pre requisite for this program is Six Sigma Green Belt Training/ Certification.

The program starts with a refresher on Green Belt tools and techniques. The program runs with case studies being solved using Minitab. Each candidate works on data and exercises using Minitab.

By the end of the program, candidates would have understood the concepts and application of advanced Six Sigma tools and would have completed a Black Belt practice projects and would be ready to initiate Black Belt projects at work place.

3. Master Black Belt certification

Six Sigma Master Black Belts represent the highest level of Six Sigma method and tool expertise for Six Sigma implementations. The role of Six Sigma Master Black Belts is to internalize the material, such that they can take over from the provider when needed. As such, Six Sigma Master Black Belts are required to demonstrate their Six Sigma knowledge by completing the Six Sigma Black Belt training and successfully leading and completing several Six Sigma projects. After candidates have been identified via their exceptional technical and practical competency, we train these individuals during intense sessions to learn the technical intricacies of the statistical methods in addition to honing their presentation and leadership skills. Upon completion of the program your Master Black Belts will continue to deploy your Six Sigma program to the highest standards.

Our Six Sigma Master Black Belt training program is often conducted over the course of several months with couple of days of formal training on a regular basis. Between these sessions, Master candidates are made to actively work the largest scale interdepartmental Six Sigma projects in addition to mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts. Six Sigma Master Candidates will also be actively involved in co-leading training sessions side by side with our experts until reaching certification.

This training event is intended to produce Champions who are responsible for coordinating a business roadmap to successfully achieve optimum Six Sigma results within their organization. The Champion will acquire the skills and tools to select projects, implement improvements, execute control, and alleviate roadblocks to success.
